We provide all graphic designing and digital marketing services, also logo design, branding, social media marketing, website design & development, and printing services.

3. Ordering Process-
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. Once you confirm all details, it will be considered as final order.

4. Cancellation Policy-
Once an order is placed and the design / print has been completed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes may not be possible once the design / print is ready.

5. Payment-
Payment is due at the time of order placement. We do not provide any credit period. We accept various payment methods. All payments are non-refundable once any of the designing / marketing / printing service process has commenced.

6. Revisions-
We offer a specified number of revisions as part of our service. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Please review your design carefully and provide feedback promptly.

7. Intellectual Property-
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final design. However, we retain the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Confidentiality-
We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information shared with us during the project.

9. Limitation of Liability-
PJ’s Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law-
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune Jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms-
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
